He co-founded Z/Yen, a leading think-tank in finance and technology, and has extensive experience in cybersecurity and digital mapping. Mainelli has pioneered initiatives like the Blockchain ISO Standard TC307 and the Ethical AI Initiative. His mayoral theme, "Connect to Prosper," aims to leverage London's vast knowledge ecosystem to address global challenges and enhance economic prosperity.
Dave Birch
Author of ‘Money in the Metaverse’
David Birch is a renowned keynote speaker, published author on digital money and identity, fintech columnist, social media commentator, and international advisor on digital financial services. Named one of the global top 15 sources of business info by Wired, he holds multiple non-executive and advisory roles in Europe and North America. An experienced TEDx and conference speaker, moderator, and webinar host, David has chaired panels at major events like Mobile World Congress and Money 20/20. He is a published author of four books, the latest of which being "Money In The Metaverse".
Martin Hargreaves
Chief Product Officer, Quant
Martin leads Quant’s product strategy, focusing on how distributed ledger technologies and blockchain-based tokens can drive efficiencies in finance and supply chain sectors. A seasoned fintech specialist, he has led B2B SaaS product development and spent nearly 13 years at Vocalink, a Mastercard company, as VP of Product Management. Martin holds two patents in payments data processing and is a Steering Committee member of the Digital Pound Foundation.

Elise Soucie is the Executive Director of Global Digital Finance (GDF), specialising in policy and regulation, and serving as a Board Member. Previously, she was Associate Director at AFME, leading Digital Assets and Data Strategy, focusing on key regulations like MiCA and open finance. Before AFME, Elise worked at the FCA, where she pioneered its International Digital Assets strategy. Named ‘Next Generation Leader of the Year’ at the 2022 Women in Finance Awards, she brings public and private sector expertise in regulatory advocacy and digital assets.

Deputy CEO, Zumo
Devina Paul is CFO and Deputy CEO at Zumo, an Edinburgh-based self-sovereign wallet enabling seamless integration of money and cryptocurrency. With 20 years of finance experience, she specialises in scaling businesses, preparing them for investment, high growth, and successful exits. As co-founder of Galvanise Capital, an angel investment syndicate, she also serves as a board advisor and trustee, advocating for financial well-being, accessibility, and supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs through initiatives like One Tech.
Daniel Coheur

Daniel Coheur is the co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Tokeny, leveraging his extensive corporate background in growing transaction-focused enterprises in capital markets (Clearstream Banking, Deutsche Boerse) and telecommunications (Syniverse, The Carlyle Group). A seasoned entrepreneur, Daniel has mentored and funded multiple start-ups before founding his own investment boutique. He now works with investment banks, funds, and asset managers, driving the adoption of distributed ledger technology in the digital finance era.
